Alessandra was professional and efficient. The procedures were done hygienically and the place was clean. I liked the results that I got from the microderm and facial with eye treatment. The extractions did not even hurt! Overall I felt comfortable, relaxed and was happy with my experience at Lavender. I would definitely return for the same services.
EXCELLENT!! I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Lavender!! I was referred by my friend and have been going every month ever since to treat my acne (I get glycolic peels). I used to go to the dermatologist to get my facials, but now that I have found Alessandra I am so happy to have personalized service, results, and at a great price! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!
Terrible customer service. Over the phone they seemed great and I was excited to use them, however once on site and ready to pay I was told a completely different story. It is rare that a small business owner will lie to your face, but I guess that it does happen. Customer's Beware. If you want to be ripped off - then have at it. This business will never get me at a repeat customer and I will not be recommending them to anyone in my circle. What a waste of time and a bunch of frustration.
