Booked online which was super easy. Went in Saturday and did the 1hr deep tissue massage. He definitely helped with the tension on my back and shoulder area. Atmosphere was great. The room was clean and organized, lights were dimmed & they had relaxation music, i definitely fell asleep. Deep tissue provided primarily upper body massage and about 15 minutes of extremity massage and tapping. They use I believe an oil not lotion. They remove it with hot towels when they’re done. After coming to Lavender spa seversl times I decided it was time to write a review. I have had Bonnie and Wila do massages. They are both excellent. The last few massages Bonnie was the only one available. She has been great. I like a massage a little harder than a swedish but not as hard as a deep tissue. That is exactly what I get everytime. Loved the foot reflexology and massage. Both wonderful and very relaxing! What I did not like was the communication issues. Usually you complete a form explaining problems you are having or where it hurts etc. we did not get any of that. We were taken to a room and told nothing. The foot reflexology was in one room and the massage is in a different room. We ended up walking down a hallway wrapped in towels with our belongings carried behind us.
