I scheduled a 60-minute massage well in advance. This place disappoints me at all levels. When they pick up the phone, they don't even announce you have reached Lavender Spa. It always felt like you dialed the wrong number. They never take down your name or your telephone number and keep you wondering if this place is legit. They took my money in advance before any services were performed which was strange. The massage room table was dirty with paper towels all over.
