I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Lavender Sea Spa. Teresa is extremely unprofessional! The place opens at 10 AM, but I called several times with no answer. Finally, after an hour and a half, someone picked up only to say they’d call me back when they arrived. If no one is there, why advertise those hours? When I finally managed to get through and asked for an appointment at 2:15 PM, I made sure to confirm availability multiple times, and I was assured there was space.
