Seniors beware! After a visit in hospital my 81 year old brother went in for a trim. It took some doing getting him and walker in the establishment. They took one look at his neck brace and refused to take care of him. He had gone there for years but this time the timid trimmer looked at an older lady in back (possibly new owner) for confirmation of rejection. Lisa did my nails yesterday, she cut the skin around my nail, that is hurting so much. I always tip good like more than 30% but I feel sad because They never do a Good Job.
