I was visiting from out of town and thought that I would stop here and get my nails done. Worst decision I ever made. I paid $50 for thick, uneven,lopsided nails. I let the technician know that they were curved the wrong way that they were uneven and that they were too thick and wide , and all he did was make excuses that it was my nails. Have been coming here since 2015. Have only had one bad experience 5 yrs ago, where a lady cut up my cuticles bad and I’ve avoided her. This lower review is ONLY for Julie. She did my pedicure and was so rude. Yanking my foot and legs (moving slow since I’m high risk pregnant and also have bad ankles and knees). She accidentally hit the blue light on my fresh coat of toenails as she put it down then got mad and vigorously yanked my foot forward causing me to slip in my seat. Very rude service. I could’ve let it go until the nail tech literally snatched my phone out of my hand when “ my Apple Pay wasn’t going through fast enough.” How can someone thing it’s appropriate to snatch a phone out of someone’s hand ? Will not be returning.
