This is the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. I am sure people have had a good experience, however, I have been getting my nails done since I was 12, I am in sales, and get them done monthly. I am new to the area and am looking for “my nail salon” here. I asked for dipping powder and gel pedi. Someone decided that shellac was better for me and “cheaper” and color matching without saying anything. I have been created for a refill every two weeks and and one of my nails popped off today and I have a serious infection on my nail and I don’t know about. It’s my nail popped off now I have to get my nails surgically removed and this place of lavender nails, lavender nails should not be doing nails anymore. This is the second time it’s happened to them and it started hurting last week and I didn’t have it when I got my nails taken off before I went and had lavender.

Do not go to this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the last two visits were absolutely horrible. I don’t know if they became too comfortable with me, but the service was completely unacceptable. The technician was extremely rude, slapped my hand, and refused to shape and trim my nails the way I asked. When I requested cuticle care, he became visibly annoyed and refused to do it.
