I went twice, the first the lady complained while breathing out loudly several times that my fingers weren’t relaxed enough. Never heard that before!! I asked for not cuticles cutting, as I had bad experience with that process but she dismissed it and cut them anyway! She was rude and I could feel that she really didn’t want to be here. Not my fault if she has a crappy job! She should not show her feelings to customers!! If you don’t like being scammed don’t go here. I called the nail salon and asked them how much it would cost to get my acrylic nails soaked off and to have a manicure I was told it would be $15. So I went here and the guy took my nails off himself without telling me that if he took them off it would cost more. I went to the front and was told that it was going to cost $32. I asked her why it was $32 instead of the original price? I was told because he took my nails off instead of soaking them and that it was a service. I did... read more
