Tim responded pretty immediately when we reached out for help with an awning that broke on a new RV. We could not drive away with the loose awning that could break off. He was knowledgeable about warranty work, took "before and after pictures" to help with our claim. He charged a reasonable price and gave some additional advice about other issues.
Tim scheduled service on our broken slide motor very quickly, located a replacement part and got us back on the road on schedule. Highly recommend!
