We had a campground pedestal/power cord issue, and Tim was the first mobile Rv tech to respond, tried to learn the problem and do some diagnosing over the phone, made sure we had the correct parts, came out the same day and fixed and resolved the issue. He is courteous, knowledgeable and has can do and helpful desire to fix your problem. Highly recommend !!!

Tim just replaced my ladder and then my slide motor went out the next day. He was very responsive to getting this issue fixed for me, so I could be on my way.
In a world where I am regularly disappointed…. From the simple tasks to the complex dirty work requiring ingenuity, through it all Tim exceeded all of my expectations. He showed up when he was supposed to, did all the work on our trailer he said he would, and then charged us what he had estimated (or less). I cannot possibly recommend his services strongly enough!!
This is the second time I have used Tim to work on my Tiffin Allegro Red. Tim replaced my ladder and it is more stable than the factory ladder was. I would highly recommend his services; very prompt and clean. I would not call anyone else when in the area.
