Went on a Sunday in March and the acrylic nails took 3 hours and ended up being quite thick and uneven, which was disappointing. The nail tech was nice and tried though, she was adamant about trying to give me the look I was hoping for.

I’ve had many pedicures and foot massages at spas, salons, and airports across Canada and internationally over the past 20 years, but I’ve never left feeling as cared for and satisfied as I did with Neha at Lavender Mist. Her attention to detail, perfectly balanced pressure, and genuine kindness make the whole experience feel so special. You walk out completely relaxed, refreshed, and truly feeling like it was worth every dollar. I can’t recommend her enough. Her head massages are absolutely amazing as well!
I get my eyebrows threaded here and the service is really efficient and quick. I had the pleasure of a deep and nourishing facial as well and my face felt so snatched and moisturized afterwards. Highly recommend the services here and they offer a lot of different treatments.
My kids really enjoyed the kids Mani and Pedi. Expected the extra charge for gel nails, just didn't realize any decals are extra so my kids just went for it and bill was a bit much...but overall the place is nice, clean, very gentle and kind and kids very happy with their nails!! I would bring them again and I would recommend to others. Good option in Whitehorse, we had the place to ourselves and it smelled good.
