I am sorry to report that I drove an hour to see a ``colour expert`` Christina and didn`t receive the service I booked for. I was looking forward to a Hair spa rejuvenation. I waited an extra 40 min. for my appoint to begin. Christina has spent most of my time with her prev. client taking pictures, due to this fact She did not have time to colour my hair. I am so happy leaving my appointment with Clara today! She is lovely, super patient, and so fun to chat with. I will definitely be coming back in the future! Lavender Loft is also SO ADORABLE, I will be returning for Christmas gifts for sure 😉
