I have been seeing Charlene for some years now and I cannot recommend her enough! I have been dealing with chronic back pain for years and she has been the only massage therapist I have been to who has been able to target that pain and help work through it. She has such a talent at finding tension points and an extensive knowledge of anatomy that she will try muscles you may not think are the problem, but Charlene is always right, and the tension is relieved. I had my first therapeutic massage with Charlene, and she was absolutely incredible! She was kind enough to fit me in last minute when I was in a lot of pain, and she provided a true deep tissue massage that made a noticeable difference right away. My upper body was a mess and required a lot of attention, but she knew exactly what to do and worked through every area with care and precision.
