Got a haircut from Rachel and had a wonderful experience. She cut my hair exactly as I imagined, if not better. Did a great job asking questions to figure out exactly what I wanted from reference photos. Gave professional opinion to get best results with my glasses. Understood needs regarding double crown (did not cut too short) and greasy hair for the shampoo and dry. Very pleasant, clean salon. Offered a drink if needed when I arrived and very polite. If you’re in the market for a color appointment, PLEASE book with Rachel - you won’t regret it! I’ve been seeing her for 3 years and she’s amazing at what she does (not to mention super sweet 🥹); my hair always feels so soft and clean when she finishes a treatment, despite having to get bleached from a medium brown to platinum blonde. The salon space itself is always bright, clean, and welcoming, and the coffee bar is a huge plus when I’m in for a long appointment. You won’t regret coming here!
