I discovered Lavender Lab at a Melbourne market whilst on holiday. I bought hand cream and loved it! Subsequently I ordered lavender oil, more hand cream, room spray and pillow spray. All excellent products. Beautifully packaged as well. The lavender is the strongest, most fragrant I have tried. The cream is so luxurious and the oil absorbs really easily and feels non-greasy. I have been joyfully using Lavender Lab Face Oil for many years. I was visiting Melbourne recently and went to the Rose Street markets to buy some from Jo Xu. There was a mix up with the product but I didn't find out til I returned to my NSW home. Jo was extremely helpful and immediately fixed the problem by sending the correct product. Customer Service? I chanced on Lavendar Lab 5 years ago when I visited Melbourne. Thought the products smelled lovely, authentic and natural and was happy to buy 2 bottles of body oil and a pillow spray for my kids. And 5 years since, I have never been able to find anything as close to Lavendar Lab’s products. My kids and I are very sensitive to the smell of chemicals so this is a real find. My only lament is I can’t find Lavendar Lab on my side of the world! 😭 This time round, I am making sure I bring more home!
Came across the Lavender Lab stand at a market by chance and I am hooked on the body oil. The smell is divine and my skin feels amazing. I wish I could stock up on all of the goodies before I go home; too bad I don’t live in Australia and my suitcase is full :(
Happened across Jo’s stand at the Arts Centre and have become an avid user of her lavender relax balm, lemon myrtle balm and lavender body oil. Have also ordered from the website with excellent and super quick service. Will very much be a repeat customer! So glad I found Lavender Lab!
