Absolutely disgusting service stay away from them!! I didn’t receive the emails they told me they sent they also had the wrong phone number which I asked to be change hence why I’m never received any calls and the rude email received from them after spending $6k with them, make sure you read the delivery information as you get 24 hour notice and to bad if your not home they will leave four couches at your door!! I ran the risk of purchasing my furniture from Lavender Hill Interiors long before I actually needed it in order to take advantage of their sale. So I’ve finally moved into my home (May 2023) after having the table and chairs stored in my in-laws garage since July 2022! The super long table is amazing! The chairs are great and comfy. I couldn’t unpack the table when it arrived in July. It weighs more than 100kg, so I just had to hope that it had travelled well from the warehouse to me in central Victoria.
