Possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. I arrived, and Candy escorted me to the room. She asked if I wanted 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and I told her 60 minutes. Apparently the advertised 90 minutes and 120 minutes are not an option. She insisted on the $70 payment upfront plus a $50 tip in advance. It was the most inattentive massage I’ve ever received. Katrina is Amazing! Hands down, no question I will be going back to see her again! Being a former college baseball player, I should've been going to get professional massages long before now! But I'm so glad I found lavender! I won't be going anywhere else! 5 star, highly recommend Lavender in Auburn, AL... Terrible. No one could speak any English. Gave me a room and got undressed, laid on the table for 15 minutes before the lady came back and said they only take cash.
I need to warn anyone considering Lavender Health Spa: avoid this place at all costs. My experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and completely infuriating. I arrived at 5:50 PM for a 120-minute massage listed at $130. Immediately, I was charged $140 and pressured for a $100 tip before the massage even started.
