I always come to Lavelle for manicure pedicure and always get the best service. today I brought in my young niece for her first kids nails experience. they pampered her so much and gave her a princess experience. thank you for making her first experience unforgettable. all the staff are friendly and do a good job
Decided to try this place while my regular person I got to was on vacation and I am happy I did! They were busy but everyone was so pleasant. I was helped by Rose, Sara and Kimi the owner and all three ladies were great and did great work! So pleased with my nails, toes and my wax! Kimi’s husband who handles the front desk was also really nice. Will come back for sure!
Such a bad service I had an appointment and I showed up and they were like oh our wax lady then come today and I forgot to inform you. like I came all the way from so long and then they were like oh we forgot to tell you I mean you could have just called me, but they did not and they were so rude on the call. when I ask them that can you confirm your address because the guy on the call sounded so fishy they were like so rude and was like oh do you not know where you are calling? They are always very patient with me and my requests as I’m always trying something new/different thanks to social media and all the “nail art” out there nowadays.
