Worst experience of my life working with their family law practice. This is not a firm I would recommend or do business with ever again. Poor communication and a failure to advocate for their own client. It seems like the primary concern of this firm is billing, secondary concern is maintains relationships with opposing counsel for future cases. I would strongly advice staying away from this firm for any family law matter
I was caught speeding last month and unaware that as of Jan.2011 the laws changed regarding this. When I found out that going 30 plus miles over the speed limit could result in jail time, I immediately looked for an attorney. Thankfully, I retained Lavelle Law and with their help I paid a fine and received supervision. A lot better than rolling the dice on my own and possibly getting a maximum sentence. This is by far the worst law firm I have come across. Mr. Voigt was representing my husband's business and became involved in a divorce proceeding with no cause. He called my place of employment and told them that I stole money from the company and that I was a theft and a con artist. I reported this behavior to a partner and they have failed to do anything about this.
