I just installed 3 Korky StrongARM brushed nickel handles and levers and I was completely impressed with the mechanical engineering that helped make the DIY project easy. The little red clips that allow for custom adjustments on how the handle fits and creates a perfect flush were excellent. Either 1/2 the water, or just hold the handle down for a full flush, in my case using the OEM Mansfield Tower unit that's quite a bit different than simple rubber flappers. If your reading this review before applying for a job, just a few things that happened to me. I was hired to be a forklift driver but the they don't certify on the first day. I had to run behind the first shift guy for eight hours in new steel toe boots. I walked 28000 steps on Monday, developed a blister half the size of my right foot. I am a regular user of Korky toiletry products. Excellent Made in USA products. First time a flapper failed (water leak)near 5 year warranty expiration date. So I called the support Phone # and talked with Meribel - Technical Support. I explained the symptom. She acknowledged and said she will get the replacement right away. All I had to do was to send her email with name, address and part #. Within less than 24 hours I received email with confirmation # advising that the part will be shipping from Wisconsin via US Mail.
