I deleted my initial review out of embarrassment, but it's been 6 months and I'm still growing out this choppy, horrible haircut. Asked for a trim and got 5-6" taken off with no warning leading to a shapeless bob, asked for a few face framing pieces afterward to at least break it up, and got a random chunks taken out from deep into the right side of my hair. I don’t know what is going on at this salon but the way one of the stylists spoke to the front desk today was completely unacceptable. The receptionist remained calm and professional while he made a scene in front of everyone it was honestly very sad to witness. No one should be subjected to this type of workplace abuse. As a first time client, it was extremely uncomfortable to witness this behavior and I decided to walk out and go somewhere else.
