I'm in town for a come of days from Dallas/Fort Worth area and didn't want to miss a workout. I came in on April 30th for Open Gym and did my without from my CrossFit gym. They were very polite and the gym had everything I needed. Definitely give this spot a shot!

CrossFit Laveen has a great atmosphere for training and community.
Laveen Crossfit is truly a family oriented box. What sets this box apart is the free coomunity workout they provide on Saturdays at 9 am. It is a scaled version of the crossfit metcon they have at 8 am. The owners Kristi and Danny really look to spread the health benefits of crossfit to the community. They have an awesome stable of coaches Mike, Brigham, Kristi, Danny, James and Bernie. This box is a hidden gem and really does set itself apart from others.
