My mom was badly treated there. She paid for VIP cleaning and they did not clean the trunk or the back seats. She went back to ask for an arrangement to finish the cleaning and a man named Harry was extremely rude to her and his colleague also ignored her when she was attempting to get a response concerning her options :( she left in tears and called me after. She felt humiliated. I don’t know how someone can be this cruel.
