I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this business operates. What happened to us shows a complete lack of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism. Their conveyor belt malfunctioned and damaged my husband’s car that part is not up for debate. The owner initially pretended he would take responsibility and even sent us to his preferred body shop for a quote. We followed every step he told us to take. After that? after being recommended from a friend i was not pleased, workers were rude. and a friend of mine was given terrible service after promises werent kept..
Lying about the damages done to my car by your business’ negligence is ridiculous.. especially after not even caring to look into the accident as the owner yourself. No apologies or anything. Workers admitted to your faulty system with cars getting stuck in the conveyor belt, which ultimately caused the damage to my car. Ignoring my calls & giving me the run around for months & now miraculously responding within a day to my honest review that you don’t want people to know of to save face.
