Terrible! The instructors and admin don't care, they gossip about participants and just show up for a paycheck. Furthermore, there's no clock on site and if you ask one of the lifeguards about the time, they will tell you that it's not their job to keep the time for you.

I have never been more disappointed in a swim program. The quality has completely gone downhill since last year. Back in 2024, my son’s experience was amazing his instructor was hands on, patient, and actually in the water teaching. We even booked private lessons with her on Fridays because she was that good.Now that my son is in a higher level, it’s like night and day.
