I placed an order with Lavare Bathrooms on 19 May 2025. However, when I called to check my order 4 weeks later, I was told the product I purchased went out of stock nationwide the very next day after my payment. To their credit, Lavare Bathrooms handled my complaint professionally and issued me a full refund on the same day of my complaint. Disgusting customer service. Rude and dismissive. Wanted to purchase 18k in AstraWalker products but will not set foot inside the store again. They do not want your business. Hi Tina, "I'm sorry you saw it that way" is not an apology. I didn't know I had to prove myself a customer. As I told her, we had received quotes on Brodware, but that I wanted to swap it out for Astra Walker and that's why we came to you- to get a quote. But don't worry, Sea of White was far more helpful.
