It was a pleasure working with Lavanya in purchasing our second home. She gave us the room to work at our own pace unlike other realtors who would push their clients to go to open houses every weekend. Gave good suggestions & guidance through out the entire closing process. She helped with covering the closing costs of the loan as well.
