Crystal was very nice, but that's about it. The only thing she really did for me was get the keys to look at houses. I did all the legwork for everything. I had to shop for my own home warranty too. She used her friend for my home inspection, and that guy missed so much stuff that I have had to spend close to $5K repairing things over the past year. She didn't even show up to my closing. I would not recommend using Crystal.
