Received a mailer saying they could possibly lower my yearly tax by an estimated $1500 and all I would have to pay was half of one years tax savings. So I thought why not give it a go. I basically had to do nothing during the process, Matthew Russin and team updated me each step of the way. I just got my decision last week from Allegheny county and the final yearly tax savings was $3100!! Would definitely recommend you work with them.

Like so many other folks, I received a cold mailer and thought "why not give it a shot?" The process of getting my taxes reduced could NOT have been any easier. They took care of literally everything for us - no surprise expenses. Communication was clear and consistent, everything was done in a timely matter. Fees at the end were exactly what I was told they would be. They saved us $500 a year on real estate taxes, very pleased with the experience.
Like most people here I received a letter offering to file an appeal on my behalf to lower my taxes. I wasted my time filling out the paperwork which was emailed back to them. They did not bother to respond. After a month I sent a follow up email which they ignored as well. If they don't bother to respond to their own advertising I can only imagine what they will do if hired and an issue arises they are likely going to "ghost" you. I would not recommend them
