Had a safe and conscientious outdoor mani-pedi and it was excellent.
Terribly rude, tried to charge $17 extra for a foot rub, which is always included in a Spa Pedicure. Tech NEVER disclosed it was extra. Paid $10 for callous removal, still as rough as when arrived. Melissa at the front was incredibly rude when I refused to be gauged for the $17 undisclosed upcharge. Be careful, unprofessional and unethical!
This place is dangerous. Cut my cuticle and it was so deep that it bled for an hour.
Terrible experience. The ladies were pushy and rude. Did not like that my mother in law had paid earlier over the phone and assumed we weren’t going to tip. Pushed their tip envelopes at my mother and I instead of paying attention to painting our nails. Gave us attitude when we asked for a second coat of polish. I had to go to a different salon and pay for another manicure. Don’t waste your time or money.
