I do like the service here. Quality is great. However I think it’s over priced. I shouldn’t be charged to remove gel. Also, there is never any guests waiting when I walk in yet, I’ve been refused a walk in.
I went to get a manicure, and witnessed the manger was extremely rude to customers, it was only a matter of time before it was my turn, the manger at Levanda definitely needs to readjust his way of communicating with his clients, his attitude is his reflection on his own personal demons. For an establishment like Levanda, he should not be at the front desk. Only time will tell, I am 100 percent I will not be the last to him a review and for his conduct. I feel bad for his staff.
Ivy and Helen do a great job! Honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve had - they even put fresh lime slices in the bowl. I also really only try to use dazzle dry polish, and they have many colors to choose from!
