Absolute scumbags. Gift card thieves who took the money and vanished. I bought multiple spa gift cards from these crooks for Christmas and birthdays. Paid the promo price, got the fancy little cards, and they smiled and promised they “never expire” and could be used anytime. Months later the people I gave them to tried to book… and the whole place was gone. Changed owners. Locked doors, disconnected phones, website dead, Instagram wiped. No notice. No refunds. Store engages in a Gift card scam ( sells thousands of dollars worth of gift cards that are no longer honored ) and then closes up shop to sell to new owner ( now called Laru Aeshetic Spa) that offers extras , also sublets to a Physical Medicine practice that engages in Medicaid and workers comp fraud . Disgusting owners!

I’ve been trying to make an appointment with this business since March but it has been an extremely frustrating experience. I was told that there are no estheticians available during weekdays, and no alternative solutions are offered. Instead of helping or trying to accommodate customers, I was simply told to check again in June. This is not acceptable customer service. Found this spa on TikTok. It’s aesthetic, clean, and peaceful. A welcome respite from the crowded streets of Flushing. My wife and I booked a 60 minute couples massage that came with a traditional foot soak. The signature massage was thorough and the massage therapists were communicative and kind changing pressure when prompted. I have an old lower back injury and my therapist avoided it entirely and focused on releasing the tightness in my legs and hamstrings.
