The company owner, Moein, informed me recently that the company was dissolved. We had prepaid 80% of the cost for a remodel permit application, but they submitted the application with missing materials and were completely unresponsive. As a result, our project was delayed for several months without any communication about what was happening. We were forced to hire a new company to redo all the work. Ultimately, we had no choice but to file a claim in small claims court to get the money back
