Good quality equipment, clean bathrooms, good people and nice atmosphere. Its a great place to work out uninterrupted. Newer equipment on the higher end cardiovascular with a nice selection and music options appear to also be enabled. This location is great with an emphasis on clean and theirs plenty of privacy.

Great little old school gym that is conveniently on the island, with a great location right in the middle of town. The owner is usually there with a lot of energy doing her personal training session, along with directing anyone that might have questions or need help. Space is smaller but has everything you would need to get a solid workout, saves good amount of time not having to travel to far. Bonus is that it is open all hours of the day, accommodating all schedules.
