The refundable security deposit of $150 was never returned to us, even after multiple requests.
The locations is perfect. The house needs some upgrades though.
Great place for summer vacation close to ocean good rates
I've rented so many summer houses in lavalette that I should have just bought my own! :). That said, and for the most part, altho u will get what u pay for u still can't go wrong renting a house or a bungalow in lavalette. U just can't! A great place!
