Best experience I have ever had with any customer service and especially with LaValle's exemplary customer service and installation for my mother's house in Valley City. Serena was awesome from start to finish. Wonderful communication throughout the whole process. Highly highly recommend!
We had Lavalle do the flooring for the whole main level of our home and our upstairs hallway. We went with a glue down vinyl and I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with how it came out. The floors are absolutely beautiful and the install team was amazing. The work ethic the team had was unmatched. We will definitely be going with them for any future flooring needs.
Customer service was great! Loved that we could pop into their showroom anytime and they could unlock it remotely. We swung by to pick up some carpet we ordered and that was really a great feature!

They worked with us every step of the way. Fortunately, they had a high quality carpet and pad in stock.
