UPDATED: JUNE 5th, 2026 There is a missing $8,098.98 from a legal settlement. When I asked Attorney Anthony Brown to contact his Accounting Department there was no response. I contacted my Credit Union and confirmed that I received the amounts of 3 payments sent by wire. The addition and documentation are missing $8098.98. This money was negotiated to pay a debt due to a dishonest contractor. When this is clarified through the Florida Bar or Attorney Anthony Browns' Accounting Department, I will update.

I don’t have a problem with the other attorneys in the firm but the new guy on the block is a total jerk. John Swencke. I had a case where all he needed to do was get the video and I would’ve had no problem getting the case closed and settled easily. I begged him for a month to get the video but I could tell he was lazy stupid or both. A month later he says “ Eh we don’t need a video”….. I’m like WHAT!!!!!????
