I was very pleased with the service I received there today. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor (Dre Patricia Lord) were all very pleasant and cordial. I was called 10 minutes after my appt time by the nurse, then saw the doctor 45 minutes later. Was sent to radialogy for x-rays and the staff there were also very nice and pleasant. I would have no problem returning to this clinic. **I was able to get my appt online which actually really surprised me for a same day appt! Guess the timing was right!
Je n'ai jamais vu des secrétaires aussi impolies. Manque de tact, manque de compatie, aucune souciance de ce que j'ai a dire.. elles ne font que répeter la meme chose jusqu'a temps que je dise "d'accord" et puis elles te raccrochent dans la face... on vous demande pas le ciel et la lune.. on veut juste prendre un rdv avec notre médecin!
