not professional and not worth the money. they scratched my window, while not even fully cleaning it properly. I hope you window cleaning lookers are seeing this and dont go with this company. Just a few weeks later, A student from uOttawa came and got the work done. Next time go for Student work.
Received good service from this company for several years…but in 2022 I had to call them back to clear missed gutters…. I thought I would give them another try. I even spoke to their “answering service guy” ahead of the appointment to remind the technician about the previously missed gutters - and roof valley. Comedy of missed/poor communication - had to call them back again. They have another name: HOMA - but it’s all the same company. They missed a few windows and most screens the first time, came back a week later and would have missed them again without going through them one by one even though it was obviously dirty. Overpriced and lacking professionalism.
