Great place to conduct your home closing. Super friendly and courteous staff.
Our buyer chose this company and the closing was highly unprofessional in my opinion. We had a 1:00 appointment to close but received several phone calls to stay home until they told us to come...thereby missing the 2:00 deadline for wire transfers by banks. Meaning we would close without receiving the funds with a weekend facing us. When we did arrive, we were told the conference room had been previously booked and would we mind doing the closing in our CAR!!! Well what were we to do??
