I’ve always had good service here but today the person working first didn’t give me my change which is whatever it was only .21 but she said it was because they had no penny’s and I’m sitting there looking at a drawer full of other change just give me two dimes? Then I was asked to try it in store like usual and this time it was burnt so I told her it tastes old & burnt and she told me to try again so I did and she said I’ve never heard anyone say that before try again later and then I’ll call. Kara is an exceptional clerk. I bought a hookah and some other stuff and she answered all my questions and helped me with a great attitude. I have been to the store three more times for hookah supplies and every time she is a delight. Five stars, I will continue to shop at Lava as long as Kara is there.

If looking for quality/reliability, look elsewhere. I've come here on numerous occasions and while my visit is typically satisfactory, the past few have left much to be desired. Like clockwork, my visits are very predictable as I've told staff repeatedly with each visit of my needs and of the frequency that I intend to return in which to buy them ($200ish list about every 2 weeks). Its always the same thing that I'm after, so one would think that it would be in the best interest of the store to make sure to keep up an adequa... read more
