Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was initially quoted a certain price for their services, but once they arrived, they significantly increased the price without justification. They also claimed there was mold, but never conducted any proper testing or provided confirmation of this. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BAIT AND SWITCH! TOOK ADVANTAGE AND MISREPRESENTED PRICING!! Will be taking this to BBB. I reached out for a quote to have a 8x10 rug and 8' sofa cleaned. I was quoted $60.00 for the sofa and $100.00 for the rug. I scheduled the cleaning for today but I was not at home at the time of the service, but my husband was there to let them in. Service was great! My carpets and couches look wonderful. I am very happy with everything. Joe was very kind and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again.
Joe was a life saver!! We contracted someone to clean our carpets and they left it a soaking wet mess. The carpet was reeking of a foul odor. Joe quickly cleaned up someone else’s mess and made sure we were left happy! He left our carpet brand new! We will forsure be coming back to Lava Steemer from now on! Thank you Joe!
