I’ve been a regular customer at Lava Pizza, but my last two orders have been very disappointing. Today, the staff failed to take my delivery details properly, and when my order arrived, my poutine came without any cutlery. I also work in a pizza place, so I understand the importance of customer service and attention to detail.
