Just paid ten dollars to have my feet soaked and one set of toe nails trimmed. Never had an experience as hostile as this. I was asked what pedicure I wanted while at the same time being told to get Deluxe. I said “I want classic..” which the lady just ignored, and asked me what color. I asked for a french tip. They said it has to be with gel. I told them that last time I was able to get it without gel. She kept repeating I needed to get gel. I said I didn’t want it. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with my first experience here. I recently bought a house right around the corner and was hoping this could become my regular nail salon, but I’ll be looking elsewhere. I felt like I was being upsold throughout the pedicure, and the service itself felt rushed. This is my favorite nail salon! No questions asked. I’ve been coming here for about five years now and I’m not leaving. Their precision, hospitality, quality, and care are unmatched! I’ve gotten hard gel overlay, acrylic, overlay, gel X, acrylic, and gel manicures with a pedicure every single visit. I’ve also gotten waxed here from time to time. I am always so taken back as how consistent everything is always perfect. I love it here, and you will too.
