Great place to stay and visit the Togwotee Pass. Good drinks and food when the kitchen and bar are open. I would stay here again.
Lava Mtn 2025. I sure hope the new owners clean up this place. It will take us a lot of convincing to ever try again. We got there Friday night to find out 16 people in a cabin/house with 1 bathroom. The carpets were filthy. Our room faced the main buildings with No curtains. Dead flies everywhere and the beds were Full sized at best on cinder blocks or boards. One side of the beds went down hill, so one person had to hang on for dear life. Some beds had mice droppings and bodily fluids from previous use. Then the restaurant... read more
Came for a Snowmobile Trip. Stayed in "Big House" I have nothing good to say about this place. I am sure the state would shut this place down the second they stepped foot in that place "Big House" Very run down need a ton work Scale from (1-10) its a (1) I could say more But I just wanted to get out of that place ASAP!
They do not accept cash at the restaurant. Didn't give me a bill, just handed me the card reader and ran my card. They do this so that they can hide a 20% service charge on top of the bill. When I questioned it they said there was nothing they could do. Stay away! Not sure if that's even legal. No wonder we were the only ones there. Poor service and shady business tactics.
WARNING!! Rating this a 5/5 so people can be warned!! DO NOT stay here!Just arrived to our cabin after driving 20 hours and we DO NOT HAVE HEAT!!! It’s -20 outside! The toilets also do not work, frozen feces in toilets, and no running water! Everything is frozen. Best part they can get away with this because their policy saying there are NO Refunds!
