0/5 stars on this place. The rooms smell of mildew and mold and everything looks and feels dirty. The hot pools are nice but definitely need maintenance and cleaned up. If someone wanted to invest some money in this hotel it could be nice, but as it is I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this dump. My son has asthma and was having a reaction to the odors in the room, we were unable to stay there and they refused a refund. Kim was great we will most definitely be back because of her. The Aladdin was great and the down under was a bit creepy but good for a haunted location. No complaints aside from a few nit node things

My husband, 7 month old and I recently went to stay at the Lava Hot Springs Inn and if we could give this place 0 stars we would. Before I write this long review I’ll just say, do not stay here!! And if you do, do not sign the consent from before viewing the room!! We were very excited to stay here considering you have usage of the hot springs and the hotel seemed like a historical land mark.
