We liked it. Location was good. Bar was WAY OVER PRICED! rooms were clean and as advertised. Had bar patrons banging on our windows as they left the bar at closing time. Not the fault of the establishment, but would be nice if they would let them know to not bother the guests as they leave. We stayed in C, and the patio was open to whoever wanted to just walk through. All in all, we liked it and would stay there again. Had everything you needed. We brought our dog which was really nice. Hassle free.
We arrived in town early and the rooms were ready for us to check in early. The hotel is in a great stop, we have walked to everything. Our room fit 8 people comfortably. The deck is the best part with a fire pit, games, and the kids loved running around the mineral pools. We will definitely stay here again
What a beautiful location! Overlooking the hot springs. They are one block off the main strip. It fit our family of 5 just fine. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and a hot plate with one small frying pan ( we were able to cook sausage and eggs for breakfast in it) We parked our car and just walked the whole time since everything was so close. We will stay here again next time we visit.
Deeply Disappointed. Not Safe, Not as Advertised. As a single mom, I had one evening to get away with my kids this summer, and Lava Hillside Suites completely let us down. The website made it look like a peaceful, stylish place to stay. What we actually walked into was chaos. The rooftop bar is clearly the main attraction, and the rest of the property feels like an afterthought. Loud, drunk guests stumbling around at night. This is probably the best hotel in Lava. Great modern rooms that are very spacious. The staff is super friendly. Especially the owner Cody. And if you have time be sure to check the rooftop bar
