I had my Mercedes G500 interior detailed by this vendor in August. Upon paying for services and getting in the car, the Mercedes emblem on the gear shift was noticably forcibly removed with a pry mark visible on the leather handle. When this was brought to the vendors attention IMMEDIATELY upon entering the car, the vednor accepted responsibility and stated that they would "take care of it".
