I visited this spa recently and had a concerning experience unrelated to the services offered. The owner, who drives a vehicle with the license plate LAVA, was driving recklessly in the G Watson area. This behavior made me feel unsafe and raises serious concerns about their judgment and professionalism. While I believe businesses should be evaluated on their services, the actions of the owner reflect directly on the overall experience and sense of trust. I hope this is addressed appropriately.
