We rented a tent from Lauzon Tent Rentals. They were so easy to work with and very professional. Set up and take down were quick and the tent was perfect to shade everyone from the hot sun. Highly recommend.
We used their service for our customer appreciation/ vendor tent trade show last week. Excellent communication and professionalism. The quality of the tents and accessories was clean and tidy. They were very good with communication at the start. Accommodating when location of the tent changed. They came and set it up early. However, they forgot rain barrels and had to drive back and get them which was a very long wait. Took 3 hours for set up. We originally asked for 57 chairs 7 round tables and lights. The next day when we were setting up we realized 1 string of lights didn't work. They never checked them with an extension cord or plugged them in. We used Lauzon Tent rentals for our tables and chairs for our wedding and they were great! Brock was wonderful with communications and questions and kept us informed the whole time. They dropped them off and picked them up with no issues! Very nice group with great customer service and quality products! Should we have another large gathering, we will definitely reach out to Lauzon Tent Rentals!
