If you have a sprinkler system problem, don’t try to Google or Amazon your way out of it, or play “spare parts roulette” at a big-box store. Talk to the woman behind the counter at Lautner’s West Front store. She’ll tell you what needs to be replaced, how, then go straight to the bin containing your part and pull it for you.
I will never use this company again. I had them come out to turn on my water and replace a broken sprinkler head. They said they spent an hour and a half and fine tuned all of the heads. After charging me $250, I found one sprinkler shooting straight up in the air and several others watering the driveway, street and my neighbor’s lawn. Obviously they did not do what they said.
