Lautner Irrigation deserves four stars for customer training alone. One of my sprinkler heads failed. I didn’t know the model - just the manufacturer’s name on the top. It was installed twelve years ago, so a newer model was probably needed, but I had no idea what that should be. I didn’t know how adjust it to get the degrees of arc I required. If you have a sprinkler system problem, don’t try to Google or Amazon your way out of it, or play “spare parts roulette” at a big-box store. Talk to the woman behind the counter at Lautner’s West Front store. She’ll tell you what needs to be replaced, how, then go straight to the bin containing your part and pull it for you.

I will never use this company again. I had them come out to turn on my water and replace a broken sprinkler head. They said they spent an hour and a half and fine tuned all of the heads. After charging me $250, I found one sprinkler shooting straight up in the air and several others watering the driveway, street and my neighbor’s lawn. Obviously they did not do what they said. They came out last fall to close our sprinkler system for the fall had to call them back out again after there was water leaking from my system that was supposed to be blown out. Restarted my system this past week and had valves that were cracked from freezing. Would not recommend them at all.

I called Lautner's ~7 weeks ago to schedule some repairs and I was told that they would be out in late June, which I said was fine ( due to Corona, I expect that things would be backed up) I hadn't heard anything from them by the end of June so I called and left a message which was never returned. I called again and talked to someone who 'needed to talk to the service manager' and would call me right back. Of course they never called back. I called again and left another message. AJ and the crew (headed by Jamie) were wonderful! First of all AJ came to give us and estimate, and he spent a long time measuring our yard and plotting where the sprinkler heads would go. He also took pains to talk to me about the new trees we had planted earlier in the summer. Then AJ helped the installation happen as quickly as possible so we could enjoy it before summer ended. Jamie led the installation crew beautifully and took care to keep the disruption at a minimum. We are THRILLED and highly recommend Lautner!

I've used Lautner for years but this will be my last. Customer service seems to be MIA. Very Unfortunate!!
