While in Springfield visiting family over Thanksgiving, my car developed a strange noise. I was referred to Lauterbach who was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day for a very reasonable price so my family and I could safely and confidently drive the nearly 1000 miles back to our home in Texas. Thanks guys. Great job!
Took my gashed but driveable tire for repair. Took them 2 minutes to tell me that I need to replace my damaged tire. Being an AWD I would have to replace a set of tires. Felt that they didn't even looked to see if it can be repaired. Left and went to another place for a second opinion, and sure enough my tire can be repaired. Will try to avoid this place in the future.
We had a leak in one of our tires & stopped by Lauterbachs without an appt. they were able to get the tire repaired with just a short wait. They were courteous & proffessional & we will definitely go back.
